Jennifer Gaspar
Board President & Co-Founder

Jen Gaspar has more than 15 years of experience in NGO management, including 13 years working in Russia, Eastern Europe, and the Former Soviet Union. She was as a long-term consultant to the Oak Foundation’s International Human Rights Program, managing the foundation’s portfolio of human rights grants in Russia. She worked with NGOs and foundations providing donor advising, technical assistance, and development strategy. Jen holds a B.A. in International Affairs from the George Washington University and an M.A. in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco. Jen was a Fulbright  Scholar in Hungary, and previously the executive director of the Fund for International Nonprofit Development.

Jennifer is currently Director of Special Projects at the CEELI Institute in Prague.

Jessica Ansart
Board Secretary

Jessica has an LLM in Economic Law with a specialization in Global Governance from Sciences Po Law School in Paris. Concurrently, she is a third year J.D. candidate and Global Law Scholar at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C.. Jessica received her Bachelor’s degree from Harvard College and completed an MSc in European Political Economy at the London School of Economics. Jessica co-founded the Interdisciplinary Corruption Research Network (ICRN) that brings together young researchers committed to developing collaborative interdisciplinary research efforts to generate new anti-corruption policies.

Jessica is currrently a Capital Markets Associate at Latham & Watkins in Paris.

Neophytos Aristodemou
Board Treasurer

Neophytos was born in Cyprus and has been living in Belgium since 2013. With a background in financial studies he has more than 15 years in experience in working with a variety of organisations ranging from global and local businesses and other organisations, as well as entrepreneurs who want to develop their ideas. His area of expertise is finance, operations and change management. He is a proponent of the “giving back to society” maxim and offers 10% of his time to pro bono work, be it with established organisations or individuals who ask for advice on how to set up, fund and manage their operations. He strongly believes in freedom of movement and that people must receive social support and as many opportunities that are needed to become socially included and financially independent.

Neophytos is currently a Partner and Managing Director at Fairworks GP.
