Hrishabh Sandilya

Hrishabh leads Project Phoenix on the ground in Nicosia. Hrishabh is also responsible for and mentors Project Phoenix's fellows and volunteers. A multipotentialite and systems-thinker, he is committed to a resilient future and social, climate and gender justice for all.
Previously, Hrishabh spent a decade working in leadership positions at the confluence of the education and entrepreneurial worlds, in Prague, Yerevan, Bombay and Karlskrona. Most recently, he received an M.A. in Religion in Peace and Conflict from Uppsala University and an M.Sc. in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability from the Blekinge Institute of Technology, in Sweden.
In addition to his work at Project Phoenix in Nicosia, Hrishabh is Co-Founder of ReImagined Futures, a collective systems change consultancy and a Strategic Advisor and part of the founding team at CarbonSpace.
