Carine Foun is a migrant from Cameroon who came to Cyprus one year ago. She is currently working in marketing on her brands BONKET African Snacks and Aphrogee.
Aphrogee is a clothing brand whose unique designs are inspired by the stories and heritage of refugees, and which encourages the building of bridges and the breaking down of walls. Her goals are to grow BONKET and Aphrogee and eventually make them household brands. Carine is passionate about giving voice to the refugee experience and hopes to be able to educate and assist refugees in sharing their talents and standing proudly as equals within the community.
