By accessing any Arcveil service you agree to these Terms. If accepting on behalf of an organization, you warrant you have authority to bind it.
Our services may only be used for lawful security purposes within your own organization or for authorized engagements. Offensive use against systems you do not own or lack written permission to test is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for all activity under your credentials. MFA is required. Sharing accounts is a material breach.
We commit to 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance. Enterprise SLAs are governed by individual Order Forms.
Arcveil's liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
